  • Client: Bill Clark Homes of Myrtle Beach

Project Description:

ROWE is providing boundary and topographical survey information, engineering design, construction staking, soil erosion and sediment control inspection, and final as-built mapping for five phases of a single-family residential development containing 225 lots on 114 acres. The parent parcel is a portion of the former Wicked Sticks Golf Links.

DESIGN SERVICES INCLUDED:

  • Road plan and profiles
  • Sanitary sewer collection system
  • Water distribution system
  • Storm water collection system
  • Lift station
  • Walking path
  • Amenity center
  • Finish lot grading

The design is constrained by its irregular existing property boundary, surrounding developed parcels, and the location of the existing waterbodies. ROWE prepared plans and reports to obtain approvals from Horry County Planning, South Carolina Office of Coastal and Resource Management, Grand Strand Water and Sewer Authority, and South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.
