Position Summary

ROWE is currently looking for Graduate Engineers to join any of our Michigan or South Carolina offices. This position will play a big role in growing our Design services team. Graduate Engineers work under the supervision of a Project Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform design tasks such as conceptual layouts, grading and drainage, and prepare design reports for projects.
• Compute engineering design calculations.
• Perform field reviews to determine existing conditions.
• Provide on-site inspections as needed.
• Cross-functional collaboration.

Job Requirements

We are seeking forward-thinking, safety-conscious, and energetic individuals who are excited to work on both small-scale and large-scale projects. Qualifications required include:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil and/or environmental engineering
• EIT certification preferred
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation is a plus
• Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical/judgement capabilities, and ability to work independently or on a team
• Ability to work remote and in person effectively
